However, sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns that are difficult to overcome and become obstacles to living the life we truly desire. Further, having insight into our own unhelpful patterns doesn’t always necessarily help in breaking them. We find ourselves stuck in a repetitive cycle that negatively affects our sense of self, our relationships, health, career, and other significant areas of life.

I’m Rashi Maheshwari, a counselling psychologist based in India. My journey to self-discovery began when I was 14 and struggling with my own mental health. Discovering psychology was a turning point and since then, I’ve never looked back. I now run a fully virtual private practice, offering individual therapy to adults around the world.
I love being a therapist and find the work extremely fulfilling. It is an absolute honor and privilege to witness the beauty, strength, and complexity of human spirit in its various forms, day in and day out. Taking the step towards healing requires a lot of courage, and I deeply respect the unique process that unfolds for each individual as we embark on the journey together.
